meet sarah pope

Sarah came in for a massage with June about a year ago. From that session, she knew they were going to create something incredible together. Sarah has since spearheaded the digital, and marketing efforts for Adirondack Healing, Inc. Her passion for this project runs deep.

In 2023, Sarah founded Pope House Design, a digital media agency that is working towards Non-Profit status. Her goal for Pope House Design is to provide essential digital business services to business owners who cannot afford to hire professionals. Sarah is especially passionate about helping mothers who have faced adversity achieve financial success, by getting their businesses off the ground.

She is a devoted partner and mother of four (2 biological and 2 bonus kiddos), a certified yoga and meditation instructor, a You-tuber, a digital creator, and a passionate teacher and mentor.

In addition to her role as a digital creator, Sarah is also a retreat and circle facilitator, business administrator, and lifelong student. When she's not busy creating sweet graphics and designing websites, Sarah can be found cooking from scratch, baking bread and pies, hiking, getting lost in the beauty of her garden, traveling, playing disc golf with her boyfriend, or crafting with her kids.
